Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise AI solution patterns aligned with business needs and scalable, secure implementation approaches.
  • Translate complex business challenges into structured architecture recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve gaps involving scalability, data readiness, interoperability, and operational adoption of AI systems.
  • Define reusable frameworks and standards that improve delivery consistency and accelerate adoption.
  • Evaluate solution options and communicate trade-offs involving performance, cost, risk, and business value.
  • Guide architecture decisions supporting responsible AI adoption and long-term maintainability.
  • Promote best practices, shared patterns, governance approaches, and emerging technology practices across engineering and business teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12 years of related experience, or an advanced degree and 8+ years of experience, or equivalent related work experience.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system design, integration patterns, and scalable delivery models.
  • Demonstrated experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, intelligent agents, and cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders on complex organizational solutions.
  • Ability to structure recommendations and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Sound judgment balancing innovation, security, governance, cost, and operational feasibility.
  • Ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
  • Working knowledge of responsible technology adoption, AI governance, risk management, access controls, and enterprise control environments.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
