Responsibilities
- Optimize Postgres and the service layer for performance as the platform scales.
- Own and extend backend services that support matching, workflows, payments, and marketplace operations.
- Build and maintain integrations with systems used by recruiters and hiring managers.
- Manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to enhance observability and deployment reliability.
- Strengthen authentication, access control, and data protection across the platform.
- Develop internal AI tooling to improve team efficiency.
