Responsibilities
- Build and own native mobile features end to end, including onboarding, authentication, push notifications, in-app purchases, credit top-ups, and share targets.
- Improve the web-native bridge connecting the in-app WebView to device capabilities such as keyboard handling, haptics, camera, and file sharing.
- Own App Store and Google Play submissions, review compliance, and release tooling using TestFlight, Play Console, and Fastlane.
- Diagnose and fix native-specific bugs and performance issues across iOS and Android, including cold starts, preview loading, and crash handling.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience at high-pace, high-scale companies.
- Strong fullstack background with deep TypeScript and React frontend experience and Node.js or similar backend experience.
- Hands-on production experience with React Native, including native module integration.
- Experience shipping and maintaining apps through the App Store and Google Play, including Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases, and Android policy reviews.
- Product-minded approach focused on user outcomes and comfort integrating third-party services with clean vendor API abstractions.
- Familiarity with managed cloud services such as AWS and GCP and buy-versus-build tradeoffs.
- Experience with push notification infrastructure or native device integrations is a plus.
- Experience shipping features in fast-moving, high-ownership environments while wearing multiple hats.
