- Analyze user requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, integrate, test, and deliver Java and J2EE web applications according to specifications and design guidelines.
- Mentor and technically guide developers while enforcing coding standards and architectural principles.
- Plan and allocate tasks across project teams and oversee the software development lifecycle.
- Manage module compatibility, integration, code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
- Manage deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify and resolve issues during testing and improve deliverable quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Apply Java design patterns, object-oriented design, and MVC principles in cloud-based environments.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience in Java web-based application development.
- At least 3 years of experience providing technical guidance to developers.
- Strong experience with Java, J2EE, JMS, JPA, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, Spring, JUnit, JSON, and REST/JSON web services.
- Strong knowledge of Java design patterns, object-oriented design, and MVC.
- Sufficient Git experience for branching, tagging, merging, and organizing large multi-developer projects.
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud services and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as MSTest, xUnit, and NUnit, plus integration testing tools for API and data validation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and guide teams effectively.
