Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent systems at scale.
  • Build robust ML infrastructure for data storage, processing, model serving, monitoring, and model refresh management.
  • Create feature-engineering, data-augmentation, prompt-engineering, and fine-tuning frameworks.
  • Implement automated pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation.
  • Apply model compression and optimization techniques to reduce language-model resource usage while preserving performance.
  • Collaborate on AI solutions involving computer vision, natural language processing, large language models, and generative AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of machine learning engineering experience across feature engineering, model training, model serving, model monitoring, and model refresh management.
  • Experience developing AI/ML systems at scale in production or high-impact research environments.
  • Knowledge of common ML frameworks and tools such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience and proficiency with Python and efficient SQL.
  • Strong coding and software engineering skills, including familiarity with testing, code reviews, and deployment.
  • Preferred experience with anomaly detection, forecasting, transformer models such as BERT and GPT, and their underlying principles.
  • Preferred proficiency with Superset, Streamlit, Tableau, Business Objects, or Looker for data visualization.
