Base Salary
$102k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and support enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 8+, Web APIs, and microservices.
- Lead modernization of IBM i systems using AS400, RPG/RPGLE, and DB2 and integrate them with modern technology platforms.
- Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases through performance tuning, stored procedures, indexing, and ETL processes.
- Implement AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, AI agents, and machine learning services.
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Define architecture standards, security best practices, and development frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with business stakeholders.
- Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
- Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD automation, and application lifecycle management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies such as C# or the .NET Framework.
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- At least 1 year of experience with agentic AI tools.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC/Core, REST APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ, or Visual Studio is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, query optimization, performance tuning, or DB2 is preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, or AI governance and security is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an HS diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience is accepted as an alternative.
