Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Cresta's AI platform and tools.
- Build integrations between AI agents and external systems such as APIs, databases, and CRMs.
- Optimize agent performance and troubleshoot issues in complex enterprise environments.
- Gather technical requirements and translate customer business needs into AI agent solutions.
- Conduct interactive demos and create proof-of-concepts for prospective customers.
- Define milestones, create implementation plans, and coordinate execution with internal teams.
- Identify product gaps, build custom tooling, and provide deployment feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and internal engineers to define agent goals and improve product capabilities.
- Advise customers on AI agent architecture, security, scalability, adoption, and usage best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of full-time experience in software development, consulting, AI/ML engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and Go.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering techniques are strongly preferred.
- Understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation, with hands-on experience building such systems strongly preferred.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience integrating systems through APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to apply data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers.
