Responsibilities
- Develop frontend and backend components for production-ready enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust and scalable solutions efficiently.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
- Maintain software quality and compliance and continuously improve software development and operating practices.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with an integration focus rather than model training.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot or another listed backend technology such as .NET, C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
