Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain scalable applications and services.
- Improve service reliability through observability, automation, performance tuning, and incident response.
- Create tools and workflows that reduce manual effort and improve engineering delivery confidence.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes across code, infrastructure, and processes.
- Partner with developers, platform engineers, and product teams to shape technical direction and improve operational readiness.
Requirements
- Professional experience developing production-grade software in Java, C++, Python, or a comparable language.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, databases, Linux, networking, and software performance.
- Experience with observability practices including metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting.
- Experience with AI concepts, tools, or services and the ability to assess practical applications in software development, automation, and service operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, ownership, and production-support skills.
