Base Salary
$102k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Audit and review smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and decentralized applications for vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with external blockchain teams to provide security consultation and implement remediation strategies.
- Conduct independent security research and investigate emerging attack vectors.
- Design, develop, and maintain internal security tools and frameworks.
- Improve internal processes, methodologies, and security service offerings while supporting client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Security.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Security Engineer, or in a related role.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with blockchain technologies, including EVM chains, Solana, Move, blockchain nodes, SDKs, and Cosmos.
- Strong expertise in threat modeling, risk assessment, and security analysis.
- Proficiency in one or more of Rust, Go, Solidity, or Python.
- Practical or academic experience in Mathematics, Cryptography, or Cybersecurity is preferred.
- Experience conducting audits and collaborating with Web3 protocols is preferred.
- Published CVEs or achievements in Attackathons, bug bounties, or audit contests are preferred.
