Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, deploy, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal, external, and third-party systems.
- Use Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, pre-built connectors, APIs, transformation logic, and data mappings to build complex integrations.
- Develop Workday Extend applications and Workday Orchestration workflows.
- Support data migration, Workday quarterly release updates, release impact assessments, and integration version compatibility.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, IT, business analysts, development teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and make architectural decisions.
- Provide production support, monitor integrations, resolve inbound and outbound issues, and lead incident resolution.
- Create technical documentation and provide training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to developers, analysts, and technical staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and related tools.
- At least 3 years of experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing multiple projects, and communicating effectively.
- At least 3 years of experience resolving complex technical issues involving Workday integrations.
- At least 3 years of experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API patterns.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday Extend and Orchestration.
- At least 1 year of proficiency with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and Studio.
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.
- Workday Integrations Pro certification is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
