Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Deploy and manage applications on PCF and Kubernetes and develop responsive interfaces using Angular or React.
- Build automation solutions, frameworks, reusable utilities, harnesses, and engineering productivity tools.
- Perform unit, integration, system, regression, performance, exploratory, and automation testing, including defect triage and release readiness activities.
- Validate APIs, microservices, web services, applications, databases, and integration workflows.
- Contribute to architecture, technical design, proof-of-concept evaluations, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Support secure coding, vulnerability identification, logging, monitoring, incident analysis, root cause analysis, and application reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot with experience designing and developing microservices.
- Experience with PCF, Kubernetes, Docker, or other cloud-native platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React, plus HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with Java testing frameworks and tools including JUnit, Rest Assured, JBehave, or Cucumber.
- Experience validating APIs, microservices, web services, web applications, databases, and integration workflows.
- Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of X.509 certificates, public key cryptography, JWT, hashing algorithms, and digital signatures.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Jenkins, infrastructure as code, open-source projects, payment technologies, digital identity, authentication, or security-focused solutions.
