Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements, perform gap analysis, and design technical ERP LN solutions.
- Develop and implement ERP LN programs, interfaces, tables, indexes, sessions, forms, reports, and technical system enhancements.
- Create integrations with third-party and enterprise applications using web services, ION data flows, ION workflows, XSLT mapping, and other tools and languages.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, optimization, data migration, and issue resolution while maintaining data integrity.
- Collaborate with business users, functional leads, project managers, IT teams, support teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain technical specifications and related system documentation.
- Support ERP LN job scheduling, maintenance, PMC activities, C4Ws API configuration, and integrated Infor products.
- Facilitate workshops and user training and provide guidance and training to junior LN programmers and technical resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience as a Technical Analyst Programmer, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP LN technical methodology and the ability to translate business requirements into technical system requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Infor LN programming, LN Application, LN Studio, ERP LN 10.7, and ERP LN CloudSuite implementation.
- Strong SQL and database management skills, including experience with tables, indexes, sessions, forms, reports, DAL, DAL 2, and extension scripts.
- Experience with ION data flows, ION workflows, ION integration, XSLT mapping, system integration, web services, and data migration.
- Experience with IDM, DOM, ERP LN job scheduling and maintenance, PMC, C4Ws API configuration, PowerShell scripting, JSON, XML, and Microsoft tools.
- Technical programming knowledge across Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Quality, Finance, Service, and Big Project modules.
- Experience facilitating workshops and user training sessions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience training ERP LN technical resources and working in a manufacturing environment.
