Responsibilities
- Create AI-powered automations for the Google Pay development team.
- Use AI to improve client-development code context, workflows, and code architecture.
- Develop agent skills, craft prompts, and write engineering designs for client-facing features.
- Experiment with and implement automated quality assurance and bug fixing using AI agents.
- Improve design processes so UX partners can deliver high-quality view code directly into production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
- At least 1 year of full-stack development experience across backend and frontend codebases.
- At least 1 year of experience with AI and agentic development.
- Experience with one or more listed programming languages, mobile development technologies, or web technologies.
- Preferred experience includes mobile or frontend/client development, globally scalable systems, PM/UX collaboration, Flutter and Dart, machine learning models, A/B testing, and data infrastructure and analytics pipelines.
