Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end-users across trading, operations, and support to identify automation opportunities and develop tailored LLM solutions.
- Design, prototype, iterate, integrate, and deploy agentic AI workflows that solve business problems.
- Develop production-ready prompts, AI Skills, and MCPs.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and refine solutions based on user needs.
- Translate business problems into technical requirements, solution designs, and delivery plans.
- Document work clearly and contribute to the team’s shared knowledge base.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 0 to 5 years of professional experience in software, data, or AI engineering.
- Fluency in Python with the ability to write clean, modular, well-documented code.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI and LLMs, including prompting and agentic patterns such as tool use, function calling, or MCP.
- Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, Docker, and containerization concepts.
- Exposure to modern full-stack development practices and the ability to understand non-technical end-user needs.
- Strong communication, curiosity, autonomy, and willingness to develop knowledge of commodities markets and trading.
- Preferred qualifications include product-building or project-shipping experience, Excel proficiency, MCP server or client development, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, reusable AI Skills, AWS, Azure, GCP, quantitative finance, derivative markets, LLM evaluations, or model benchmarking.
