Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design engagement strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and expert Solutions Architect to drive product adoption.
- Enable clients through workshops and develop customer-facing collateral.
- Influence product roadmap with data-driven insights for Product and Engineering teams.
- Act as a tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of transactional database expertise in engineering, product development, and pre-sales.
- Experience architecting solutions that integrate transactional data systems with Big Data and AI ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficient in programming and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
