Base Salary
$227k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, scale, and refine reward signals for recommendations through hands-on ML development.
- Promote best practices in ML systems development and testing within the team and organization.
- Lead collaborations to integrate and A/B test mid-term signals in recommendation systems.
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning with expertise in statistics and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with large cross-collaborative machine learning projects.
- Experience implementing production ML systems at scale in Java, Scala, Python, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with tools like PyTorch, Ray, and Hugging Face.
- Experience with distributed data processing frameworks like Apache Beam or Spark.
- Understanding of agile software processes and data-driven development.
