Responsibilities

Architect, design, implement, and test new software functionality.
Collaborate within an agile team of 7–10 engineers and contribute to work planning.
Take ownership for delivering software work and functionality.
Develop software solutions from solution requirements.
Trace, diagnose, and resolve potential software issues.
Use debugging and testing practices to support complex, highly regulated aerospace products.

Strong C++ programming skills, ideally gained in a highly regulated environment.
Experience working within an agile team and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
Expertise with Git or equivalent source-control tools.
Ability to develop suitable software solutions from requirements.
Ability to trace, diagnose, and resolve software issues.
Familiarity with a debugger.
Preferred experience includes signal processing, complex products and codebases, component-based development, embedded environments, static analysis, code coverage tooling, Atlassian tools, and CMake.
A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn are emphasized.
