Responsibilities

Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLM and VLM models for domain-specific tasks.
Build benchmarking and evaluation infrastructure across multiple datasets and tasks.
Apply reinforcement learning, knowledge representation, and automated decision-making to complex problems.
Build and own data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, versioning, and labeling.
Design and orchestrate multi-model agentic workflows using function calling, tool usage, RAG, and code interpreters.
Partner with production and software engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
Define and manage project deadlines, balance workloads, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Strong programming skills in one or more of C, C++, R, Java, and Python.
Advanced understanding of LLM and VLM architectures, post-training methods such as fine-tuning and reinforcement learning, and evaluation pipelines.
Experience with data and systems engineering for large-scale model workflows.
Experience with deep learning frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Fluency with at least one of Cursor, Windsurf, Trae, Gemini CLI, Claude Code, Codex, or a similar tool.
Experience applying, fine-tuning, optimizing, and deploying LLMs in industrial real-world use cases is preferred.
Strong enterprise machine learning and artificial intelligence project experience, analytical problem-solving ability, communication skills, and adaptability.
