Responsibilities
- Build shared infrastructure and features that improve developer productivity and platform scalability and reliability.
- Work across the product lifecycle from idea generation and design through execution and rollout.
- Collaborate with engineers, users, customers, and non-technical stakeholders to understand problems and develop infrastructure solutions.
- Contribute to backend, developer, frontend, or storage infrastructure projects as part of the Foundations organization.
- Learn from and work with a dedicated mentor.
Requirements
- Have an engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Be familiar with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, frontend frameworks, and other technical tools.
- Have coding experience in Java, C++, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Plan to graduate in 2028 and have this be the final internship before graduation.
- Have an active US Security clearance or be eligible and willing to obtain one.
- Be able to write clean, effective code, learn new languages quickly, communicate, collaborate, and work independently.
