Base Salary
$69k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage low-code/no-code ServiceNow solutions from vision through production.
- Create architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices for client IT needs.
- Develop ServiceNow scripts, business rules, client scripts, custom applications, data imports, and integrations.
- Implement and integrate ServiceNow ITSM and Software Asset Management solutions in a government-hosted DevSecOps environment.
- Develop and execute ETL processes to import data into ServiceNow.
- Develop REST-based APIs and automate cloud modernization and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with clients and teams as a trusted technical advisor.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing with JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods.
- Experience implementing and integrating ServiceNow for ITSM and Software Asset Management in a government-hosted DevSecOps environment.
- Experience with REST API development and ETL processes for importing data into ServiceNow.
- Top Secret clearance is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of starting.
- Preferred experience includes UI/UX design, Linux, AWS, Bash, GitLab or GitHub, front-end frameworks, and SQL.
- Preferred qualifications include Agile and Scrum experience, SDLC participation, ITIL knowledge, a bachelor's degree in IT, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
