Responsibilities
- Design ML pipelines for experiment management, model management, feature management, and model retraining.
- Design APIs for model inferencing at scale.
- Develop and operate distributed training and serving systems for large language models using GPU architectures, DeepSpeed, and vLLM.
- Fine-tune and optimize LLM and LVM models to improve latency and accuracy while reducing training and resource requirements.
- Apply DevOps and LLMOps practices using Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Work with cloud AI platforms, databases, data warehouses, monitoring tools, and model-serving infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- BE/B.Tech, MBA, or MCA qualification is listed; an MBA is specified as the required degree or field of study.
- Proven expertise with MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure AI, GPU architectures, distributed training, model fine-tuning, and LLM optimization.
- Proficiency with Hugging Face OSS LLMs, GPT, Gemini, Claude, Mixtral, Llama, PyTorch or TensorFlow or Keras, LangChain, LangGraph, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, databases and data warehouses, DevOps observability tools, and Databricks Platform.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Professional Solution Architect, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a bonus.
