Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable full-stack applications and operational dashboards for Contact Center AI workflows.
- Design and manage CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines with automated releases, rollback, deployment strategies, security scanning, and GitOps practices.
- Configure and maintain CCaaS integrations across Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect, NICE, and Five9.
- Build data ingestion pipelines for transcription, enrichment, scoring, normalization, PII detection and redaction, and retention workflows.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes-based applications across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises environments.
- Implement observability using metrics, log aggregation, anomaly detection, and incident alerting.
- Lead client infrastructure and data discovery workshops and advise on deployment architecture, release strategy, and connector design.
- Identify implementation risks, create phased delivery roadmaps, mentor analysts and junior developers, review deliverables, and present decisions to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience is required.
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Full-stack development experience with React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Java, FastAPI, REST, GraphQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka or equivalent event-streaming platforms, and cloud engineering across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience integrating Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect, NICE, and Five9 CCaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of security controls including encryption, zero-trust networking, OAuth2, JWT, SSO, MFA, RBAC, federated identity, and audit logging.
- Experience with observability, ETL/ELT, data ingestion, PII processing, GDPR, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, cloud deployment architecture, data governance, stakeholder advisory, and team mentoring.
- Preferred experience includes Kafka Streams or Apache Flink, WebRTC or SIP, ML/AI API integration, RAG, vector search, agent workflows, DataOps, lakehouse or warehouse data products, Terraform, and Pulumi.
