Base Salary
$158k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance software systems using generative AI technologies.
- Develop and productionize machine learning algorithms for advertising optimization and customer insights.
- Build scalable event-driven architectures that process billions of impressions and conversions daily.
- Create data-driven reporting and measurement products for advertisers.
- Collaborate with product managers, scientists, designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Lead technical design reviews, make strategic technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
- Prototype solutions, identify advertiser needs, and drive adoption of measurement and optimization products.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
