Responsibilities
- Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
- Modify existing models for connected solutions, optimization, and new functionality.
- Serve as the architectural subject-matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions.
- Provide timely feedback and progress updates to business partners and the team.
- Develop model documentation.
- Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
- Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment.
- Deliver Anaplan planning solutions for strategic customer accounts.
Requirements
- A four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
- At least 4 years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions for Supply Chain, FP&A, workforce planning, or Sales Performance use cases.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of formal system implementation methodology covering requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deployment; Agile methodology is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, analytical, business analytics, modeling, planning, and data integration skills.
- Ability to lead and implement responsibilities simultaneously, with a service-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Subject-matter expertise in Finance, workforce planning, or Sales planning and modeling is strongly preferred.
- Results-oriented, self-starting, motivated, and committed to coaching and service excellence.
