Base Salary
$135k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software applications, user interfaces, test programs, and automation tools for manufacturing, engineering, and product development.
- Build and maintain integrations among manufacturing systems, databases, equipment controllers, reporting platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Design, optimize, and support databases, data models, reporting solutions, analytics tools, and data pipelines.
- Develop low-level equipment communications, data acquisition, device control, instrumentation, and automated measurement systems.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML-powered applications for defect detection, process monitoring, predictive analytics, root-cause analysis, and manufacturing productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and support product introductions, equipment, and test systems in laboratory and cleanroom environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Software development experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial automation, or test engineering environments.
- Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with database development and optimization.
- Experience developing distributed applications, services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and perform root-cause analysis involving laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
