Base Salary
$196k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop foundational services and APIs for the compensation platform.
- Own critical services like user authentication and authorization.
- Build and maintain data infrastructure and models.
- Drive large, complex technical initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with product and platform engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience with data-intensive applications.
- Proficiency in modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong product intuition for designing generalized platform solutions.
- Hands-on experience with data infrastructure, pipelines, and modeling.
- Experience leading large technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
