Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support cloud-native Test Orchestration services and their underlying platforms.
- Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes and Linux environments, including deployments, configuration, logs, networking, storage, and runtime issues.
- Create and maintain Python and Bash automation for operational and delivery tasks.
- Investigate support tickets and incidents, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and escalate complex problems with supporting evidence.
- Collaborate with software developers and testers on microservice-based feature development, integration, and automated testing.
- Improve platform reliability through monitoring, observability, documentation, security practices, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical findings to international stakeholders and contribute to reviews, documentation, knowledge transfer, and team learning.
Requirements
- A university qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in networking, systems, or related areas is required.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including IP, routing, and firewalls.
- Exposure to Linux commands and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with scripting fundamentals such as Python, Bash, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of or interest in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
- Good problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and written and spoken English communication ability.
