Responsibilities
- Industrialize, deploy, monitor, and scale machine learning models in production.
- Design and maintain end-to-end training, inference, and retraining pipelines.
- Build and maintain release pipelines for machine learning workflows and manage model tracking, versioning, and registries with MLflow.
- Develop scalable APIs for model serving.
- Orchestrate workflows and jobs using Databricks Workflows, Jobs, and Repos.
- Containerize machine learning applications with Docker and support deployment on Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
- Implement model governance, versioning, traceability, monitoring, and observability across the ML lifecycle.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Promote MLOps practices and modern machine learning architecture across the team.
Requirements
- Advanced Python and SQL skills.
- Experience with Spark or PySpark.
- Experience with release pipelines and Git.
- Experience with MLflow tracking, registry, and deployment.
- Experience with Docker and working knowledge of Kubernetes concepts.
- Experience with Azure Cloud.
- Experience implementing model monitoring and observability practices.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and machine learning architecture principles.
- Experience deploying machine learning models to production at scale.
- Preferred: hands-on Databricks experience, including Workflows, Jobs, and Repos.
- Preferred: experience with AWS or GCP.
- Preferred: experience using Kubernetes in production environments.
