Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Axiom ControllerView solutions aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
- Support end-to-end implementation, including development, testing, deployment, and production rollout.
- Diagnose, debug, and enhance Axiom code and configurations based on functional specifications.
- Provide post-production support and resolve production incidents promptly.
- Apply best practices in Axiom development, performance optimization, and release management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members while driving quality and consistency across deliverables.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of overall experience in the financial-services industry.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing with Axiom ControllerView.
- Strong knowledge of Axiom Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthands, Portfolios, Aggregations, Freeform and Taxonomy reports, Tabular Reporting, Workflow, Sign-offs, ASL, and UDFs.
- Strong functional understanding of US regulatory frameworks including FR Y-9C, FR Y-14Q, FFIEC, and 2052a, and/or APRA reporting.
- Strong SQL and database-performance-tuning skills.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or Sybase.
- Familiarity with Axiom v10 architecture.
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, support production systems, and mentor junior team members.
