Base Salary
$90k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and platforms using Python and TypeScript.
- Architect and implement secure, scalable, reliable, and performant solutions on AWS.
- Build and maintain infrastructure with Terraform.
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for software delivery, testing, infrastructure deployment, and security checks.
- Apply DevSecOps practices and implement cloud and application security controls.
- Improve reliability, availability, scalability, observability, and operational efficiency using SRE principles.
- Develop AI/ML solutions and LLM- and RAG-based applications integrated with enterprise data, APIs, and other systems.
- Implement monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, infrastructure, data, product, and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, guidance, and engineering standards across development teams.
- Automate manual processes and improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong hands-on Python experience and experience developing applications or services with TypeScript.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
- Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps, cloud security, and application security.
- Experience with SRE principles, production operations, reliability engineering, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of observability, including monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
- Practical experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, and/or RAG architectures.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and collaborate across engineering, security, infrastructure, data, product, and business teams.
