Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and technical guidance of Java-based applications and services.
- Provide technical leadership throughout design, development, testing, maintenance, and operational support.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges through root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
- Drive system maintenance, technical debt reduction, continuous improvement, and resolution of complex application issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Lead technical discussions and clarify solutions with customers and stakeholders.
- Explore and adopt new technologies, tools, and software development best practices.
Requirements
- Experience developing enterprise software applications using Java and Java Enterprise technologies.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring, or Hibernate is advantageous.
- Experience with Angular is advantageous.
- Experience leading technical delivery in Agile development environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience designing and optimizing multithreaded or concurrent applications is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, engineering principles, software development best practices, and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, ownership, adaptability, and accountability skills.
- Strong written and verbal English skills and the ability to represent technical perspectives in customer and stakeholder engagements.
