Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy scalable enterprise AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions with clients.
- Develop robust and maintainable software using sound software engineering practices.
- Build full-stack solutions and optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Manage client engagements and relationships while serving as a technical interface between business and technology teams.
- Guide non-technical teams, consultants, and stakeholders on software development practices and best practices.
- Lead projects and teams of AI scientists, engineers, and designers.
- Shape BCG X and BCG strategy, drive business development, and contribute to commercial impact.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations.
Requirements
- Advanced degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying enterprise-scale AI/GenAI solutions, including Agentic AI systems.
- Experience with Large Language Models, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
- Proficiency in Python and full-stack development with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with relational, non-relational, and streaming data structures.
- Strong professional accomplishment and leadership experience, including leading and managing projects and teams.
- Strong communication, client relationship, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder-guidance skills.
- Experience deploying production systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Ability to travel based on client and business needs.
