Responsibilities
- Partner with clients across regions and industries to design, build, and deploy innovative AI solutions.
- Architect and deploy enterprise-scale AI, GenAI, and agentic AI systems.
- Develop robust, maintainable, and computationally efficient software.
- Build full-stack solutions and contribute to future product releases.
- Guide non-technical teams, consultants, and stakeholders on software development best practices.
- Manage client engagements, relationships, projects, and teams.
- Act as an interface between business and technology for clients.
- Drive BCG X strategy, growth, business development, and commercial impact.
- Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations.
- Travel based on client and business needs.
Requirements
- Advanced degree or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying enterprise-scale AI/GenAI solutions, including agentic AI systems.
- Experience with large language models and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
- Proficiency in Python and full-stack development using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with relational, non-relational, and streaming data structures.
- Experience deploying production systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Strong professional accomplishment and leadership experience, including the ability to lead projects and teams.
- Proven ability to drive topics and create commercial impact.
- Strong communication skills and ability to guide non-technical stakeholders.
- Client-facing experience, project management skills, intellectual curiosity, and comfort in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.
