Responsibilities
- Design and develop the global e-commerce search system and its affiliated products.
- Optimize search architecture, system performance, stability, scalability, and high availability.
- Improve online services and offline data flows, resolve performance bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve throughput.
- Develop core search capabilities and provide them to partners and related products.
- Abstract architecture and optimize processes for search scenarios, including support for large-scale machine learning optimization.
- Research, design, and develop software and specialized utility programs.
- Update existing software and direct software testing and validation procedures.
- Integrate hardware and software systems with computer hardware engineers and help define specifications and performance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- Programming experience in one or more of C, C++, Java, or Golang.
- Solid programming ability, strong design and coding practices, and enthusiasm for technical challenges.
- Experience in personalized recommendations, search engines, machine learning, distributed storage systems, or big data frameworks is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and drive.
