Responsibilities
- Lead development across the stack by architecting, building, and shipping high-quality code.
- Collaborate with Product to design scalable, customer-centric solutions.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve system-level issues while guiding others on best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system performance and team efficiency improvements.
- Build with empathy, ensuring solutions add meaningful value to users.
- Mentor teammates and help shape a culture of learning and technical rigor.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a full-stack software development role with a proven track record of delivering complex features.
- Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Frontend (TypeScript, JavaScript, React) and Backend (Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs) technologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure tools such as relational databases, Git, and AWS.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and mentor peers.
- DevOps-related experience is a plus.
