Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software products and client-oriented projects using PHP and Symfony.
- Contribute to monitoring and alerting strategies and keep software versions up to date.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand their needs and propose improvements to applications, procedures, and technologies.
- Document solutions and share knowledge with team members.
- Optimize, profile, debug, and maintain applications in production environments.
- Apply caching strategies, testing practices, and maintainable software design principles.
Requirements
- Experience with PHP 8, MySQL, and Symfony.
- Good programming knowledge of HTTP requests, APIs, REST, Git, and unit testing.
- Experience with RabbitMQ, Memcache or Memcached, Redis, and at least one NoSQL database such as MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
- Experience with caching technologies including Redis, Memcached, CDN caching, and HTTP caching.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Cursor for code generation, code review, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Openness to other programming languages; Golang experience is a plus.
- AWS experience, including EC2, S3, RDS, or Lambda, is a strong advantage.
- Ability to write testable and maintainable code and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
