Responsibilities
- Build real-time collaboration and canvas tooling using technologies such as WebGL2, WebGPU, and CRDTs.
- Ship durable execution for long-running workflows and public APIs with automatically generated OpenAPI documentation from Zod schemas.
- Contribute to Python ML inference on GPU clusters and the multi-cloud Kubernetes setup as needed.
- Own cross-service metrics, tracing, and observability for shipped features.
- Take product work from initial idea through launch and measured impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally including at least one year contributing to a product with millions of users.
- Significant experience with Svelte or React in a role that is not purely backend.
- Strong first-principles thinking, product sense, end-to-end ownership, and clear written and verbal communication.
- A strong, well-developed point of view on high-quality creative work.
- Preferred: Python, PyTorch, or GPU-backed ML inference experience.
- Preferred: a creative background in design, art, architecture, or a similar field.
