Responsibilities

Develop and automate change and incident management processes.
Analyze incidents and disruptions, identify root causes, and eliminate systemic reliability issues.
Collaborate with application development teams to embed reliability during system design.
Ensure the availability, performance, recoverability, quality, and accuracy of platform services and incident-resolution data.
Influence platform-level and application-level technical implementations as a technical expert.
Support development teams in improving application reliability across business-critical financial systems.
Operate and continuously improve hybrid on-premises and Azure production environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container platforms.
Experience maintaining and developing production environments, especially in public cloud; Azure experience is advantageous.
Ability to operate as a technical expert in a complex stakeholder environment.
A proactive working style and strong problem-solving mindset.
Understanding of system dependencies and risk management.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Fluency in Finnish and English.
Background in software or automation development within container-based architecture is a strong fit.
