Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading complex technical projects.
- Experience in building developer tools and internal platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Knowledge of evaluation and quality frameworks for AI outputs.
- Strong technical judgment and systems design skills.
