Responsibilities
- Contribute technical input to product inceptions, iteration planning, and backlogs in partnership with product managers.
- Participate in standups, retrospectives, knowledge sharing, and team development activities.
- Collaborate on high-level and low-level component and system designs.
- Architect, implement, test, document, and deliver large-scale distributed software systems and digital products.
- Practice paired programming and test-driven development while building software and products.
- Establish and maintain continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines and practices.
- Support software products in user environments and take accountability for production operation and product outcomes.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and participate in performance improvement and technical review activities.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech degree.
- 4 to 10 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, SQL, and Kafka.
- Experience developing and managing REST APIs, including Swagger, REST Docs, OpenAPI specifications, versioning, service discovery, testing, and API gateways.
- Experience architecting, designing, implementing, and delivering large-scale distributed cloud applications.
- Knowledge of web and API security concepts and technologies including authentication, authorization, OAuth, OWASP, OpenID, and SAML.
- Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, npm, Artifactory, Jenkins, or similar development and CI tools.
- Experience with test-driven development, unit testing, front-to-back coverage, performance analysis, and Agile or paired programming environments.
- Experience with Python is preferred.
