Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Power Apps, Mendix Studio Pro, and ServiceNow.
- Build scalable workflows, microflows, integrations, user interfaces, data models, and business logic.
- Define low-code architecture standards, reusable components, and best practices for enterprise-scale solutions.
- Integrate applications with SAP, ServiceNow, APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms.
- Develop secure data integrations using connectors and REST APIs.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, Service Catalog capabilities, and ITSM-related enterprise automations.
- Implement application governance, audit trails, role-based access, data controls, security, and compliance measures.
- Translate business requirements into technical low-code solutions in partnership with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Mentor junior developers and support citizen developer enablement.
- Evaluate new platform capabilities, including AI features and automation accelerators, and contribute to platform roadmap initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related subject is preferred.
- 7–9 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on low-code platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Mendix Studio Pro, microflows, domain models, and integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, Service Catalog, ITSM modules, or enterprise workflow automation.
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, security, governance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Strong understanding of Azure services is preferred.
- Experience with AI-driven Vibe Coding development techniques.
- Familiarity with SOX and compliance-driven workflows is preferred.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models, DevOps, CI/CD, and version control.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, business analysis, solution translation, and mentoring capabilities.
- Power Platform and/or Mendix certifications are preferred.
