Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Write efficient and maintainable database scripts and stored procedures using PL/SQL.
- Optimize complex queries and troubleshoot database performance issues.
- Integrate PL/SQL components within larger software architectures.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and help manage team execution.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong experience writing database scripts and stored procedures.
- Ability to optimize complex queries and troubleshoot database performance issues.
- Familiarity with integrating PL/SQL components into larger software architectures.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and develop PL/SQL-based technical solutions.
