Responsibilities
- Design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements.
- Interact with product managers and users to define requirements and modifications.
- Participate in software design meetings to determine technical requirements.
- Develop core versions of software applications and identify client requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering groups and work with Client Training, Client Relationship, and Sales teams.
- Contribute to end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Struts or Spring, Hibernate, EJB, Oracle, REST APIs, Docker, Maven, and Git.
- Experience in the banking or payments domain.
- Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards.
- Knowledge of financial industry practices, regulations, and operations.
- Fluency in sequence diagrams, class models, and similar design artifacts.
- Proficiency in solution design and requirements definition disciplines.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Payments and Open Payments Framework is an added advantage.
