Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and optimize secure, scalable infrastructure and platform services on Google Cloud Platform.
- Implement Terraform-based infrastructure as code and automate deployment, configuration, and operational processes.
- Build and enhance GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for build, testing, deployment, and release workflows.
- Manage GCP release governance, IAM, security controls, vulnerability remediation, resilience, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Operate Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm environments and support migrations, production releases, and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, Product, and Platform teams.
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and solve business problems.
Requirements
- Strong experience with GCP services including GKE, Compute Engine, networking, storage, IAM, monitoring, and logging.
- Experience building automated cloud infrastructure with Terraform, configuration management, and reusable infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience developing reliable CI/CD and release workflows using Git and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Linux, Python, automation scripting, SRE, and incident response.
- Preferred experience with cloud migration, performance and cost optimization, governance, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional problem solving.
- Ability to apply critical judgment when using AI tools and handling data and AI outputs.
