Responsibilities
- Define technical architectures for D365 F&O implementations, including data integration, system integration, and application development strategies.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Lead development of D365 F&O custom solutions, extensions, integrations, X++ code, workflows, and data entities.
- Design and implement integrations using APIs, data connectors, integration tools, Microsoft Azure, and Logic Apps.
- Manage data mapping and transformation processes to maintain data integrity across systems.
- Optimize system performance through code optimization, database tuning, and system configuration adjustments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and review development work for alignment with architecture and project goals.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to develop and manage action plans and deliver complex implementations.
- Support test case planning, acceptance testing, release management, and project or presales activities.
Requirements
- 15+ years of deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O core modules.
- Strong experience implementing D365 F&O across large, complex, multi-region client projects.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in D365 F&O development, including X++ programming, data entities, and workflows.
- Experience designing and implementing system integrations with D365 F&O, ideally using Microsoft Azure Integration Architecture and Logic Apps.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, custom security policies, custom workflow business processes, and D365 F&O integration options.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or JIRA, test case planning, acceptance testing frameworks, and release management.
- Strong communication, analysis, documentation, client management, collaboration, and independent decision-making skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification.
