Base Salary

$87k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and/or lead support software tool development in a DevSecOps pipeline.
  • Participate in or lead process improvements and trade studies.
  • Develop and/or lead software requirements and designs within an Agile framework.
  • Perform and/or lead software verification within an Agile framework.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and software planning, estimating, and tracking.
  • Support engine control and diagnostic system development and may serve as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, or development team member.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and 5 years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree and 3 years of experience.
  • Active and existing Secret DoD security clearance required after day one, with U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
  • Technical experience with software development in an Agile framework and proficiency in at least one scripting or embedded-code language.
  • Preferred qualifications include MATLAB/Simulink, safety-critical software development, DO-178B, model-based systems or software engineering, DevSecOps, automation, AI solutions, AWS or Azure, and jet engine control and diagnostic architectures.
  • Strong technical results, cross-discipline communication, and ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure engineering environment.
