Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Deliver solutions across Strategic Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning modules.
- Use Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations to implement workflows and integrations.
- Debug solutions and apply strong problem-solving skills while collaborating with global teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with Strategic Portfolio Management.
- Strong JavaScript knowledge, including server-side and client-side development.
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow data model, including tables and CMDB basics.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Familiarity with version control, preferably Git.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with openness, assertiveness, courage, and empathy.
