Responsibilities
- Lead the DevOps team and coordinate operations, development, and testing functions.
- Design DevOps architecture and frameworks and select tools and platforms based on customer requirements.
- Manage infrastructure and DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle from planning through monitoring.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations between software releases, operating systems, and production infrastructure.
- Support application onboarding, deployment, configuration, monitoring, and security throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
- Provide customer support, troubleshoot DevOps tool issues, handle escalations, and perform root cause analysis for critical incidents.
- Develop alternate solutions for critical problems and follow escalation procedures when issues remain unresolved.
- Provide knowledge transfer, share best practices, and build team capability.
- Forecast staffing needs, hire resources, train direct reports, and manage team performance and engagement.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Ansible Tower.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience designing and managing DevOps architecture, infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and automation.
- Experience troubleshooting DevOps implementations and conducting root cause analysis of major incidents.
- Experience leading, developing, and managing a technical team.
