Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications while adapting features to business requirements.
- Manage application releases and help ensure system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs, standard tools, and low-code platforms to integrate and optimize application solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS is stated in the additional requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS is required.
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of application integration using APIs and low-code platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and maintain application stability.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
